Custom Dynamics® offers a Lifetime Warranty on LED failure with most of our LED products. If you have a product experiencing LEDs out you can submit a Online Warranty Claim for review.
Our Warranty Claim Form allows for images to be attached depicting the LED failure. By providing images with your claim we are able to quickly evaluate your issue and can significantly decrease the time it takes to resolve your case.
Our staff will typically request the following images with any claim submitted for LED failure. Please reply or include these images when your claim is submitted.
- Image 1: Illuminated image depicting the LEDs out.
- Image 2: Back of circuit board; this helps to identify the brand and version of the product you have to ensure an exact match of any replacement issued.
- Image 3: Anytime the product was purchased through a Custom Dynamics re-seller, we encourage a copy of the invoice/receipt to also be included with your claim (if available).
LED failure will be depicted as individual LEDs out within the same unit. If you have a product with a complete section or color of lights not illuminating, it may not be LED failure. We always encourage troubleshooting these types of issues with our technical support staff to determine the best resolution. If you see a full section of LEDs not illuminating (i.e. the full white ring in a turn signal) please submit a Technical Request for review.
In addition, any modification of the product resulting in damage to the circuit board causing LED failure is not covered under our Warranty Policy. Products being submitted for warranty claims should be intact and free from any modification.
