Headlight O-Ring
On some models the Headlight O-ring is needed to help secure the headlight in place. You will need to use a Headlight O-ring if after mounting the headlight and the headlight will move side to side or rattle with the retaining ring fully tighten. The headlight O-ring is placed between the headlight and the retaining ring to help secure the headlight.
- Remove the headlight retaining ring, place the O-ring inside the retaining ring.
- Reinstall the headlight retaining ring on the headlight.
- Mount the headlight in the headlight bucket and secure with the retaining ring (O-ring installed).
- Confirm the headlight does not move side to side.
